Year 6 travelled to Rose Theatre to see the stage adaptation of their text 'A Monster Calls'. We even met the stars after we stopped crying!

Feargal Sharkey came to visit us today to talk about World Water Day and ways that we can help keep our local waterways clean and reduce our water use. We loved hearing about poo!

This year's West Ham Utd. Foundation Premier League Primary Stars regional finals took place on Tuesday, 15th March 2022 at WHU Foundation. In the group stages, we played 4 games winning 2 and drawing 2 to finish 2nd in the group to qualify for the quarter-finals.
In the QF, we won against Beam School 1 - 0 to reach the semi-finals. In the SF, we won against Nightingale in the penalty shoot-out 2 - nil to reach the final.
The final was against Lee Chapel, who we beat 3 - 0 to win the tournament and now will represent WHU FC at Watford FC stadium. We very proud of this achievement by the girls' football team and also like to thank, Mr Hussain and Vic for coaching the team.
This year's London Youth Games, girls football spring finals took place on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 at Redbridge Sport Centre. We qualified to represent Team Redbridge after winning the local schools qualifiers. In the group stages, we played 5 games; winning 4 and drawing 1, to finish top of the group. We won the last 16 knockout game against Ealing. We then won 2 -1 against Sutton in the quarter-finals to reach the finals.
Unfortunately, in the semi-final we lost to Richmond, to finish third-best girls football team in The Boroughs of London. We are very proud of the girls for this fantastic achievement. We would also like to thank Mr Hussain and Vic for coaching the team.
On Tuesday, 8th March 2022 our football team, went to represent Leyton Orient FC, in the League 2 South Regional finals of the EFL Kids Cup at Swindon Town FC. We played 5 games in the group stages; winning 3 and losing 2. Unfortunately, we did not qualify for the the next round. We as a school are extremely proud of the football team and Mr Hussain reaching the Regionals finals and representing Leyton Orient FC.
