On Monday, 5K and 5I went to the Royal Observatory to learn about the Solar System and  Earth, Sun and the Moon. They spent the morning learning about the Sun and the role of it in our Solar System. The children have learnt about the phases of the moon and what causes solar and lunar eclipses. The children had an amazing time at the Planetarium, where they learnt about our Solar System, the stars and the 9 planets. It was a fantastic educational visit and the children had a lovely experience.  5S will be attending this educational visit on Monday 3rd December.
