On Monday, 9th March 2020 our boys football team went to represent Leyton Orient FC in the League 2 South Regional finals of the EFL Kids Cup at Swindon Town FC. We played 5 games in the group stages; and qualified for the semi finals against Cheltenham FC. The game finished 1-1 after extra time and we won the penalty shootout 2 - 0. The final was against the host Swindon Town FC for the chance to play in the famous Wembley turf. The game ended 1 -1 after extra time. The match was going to be decided by a penalty shootout. Our boys didn't bulk under pressure and won the shootout 3 -1 to reach the finals. We will now play the winner of the League 2 North Regional winners. We as school are very proud of the boys football team and Mr Hussain for this fantastic achievement. We wish them all the best for the finals in May.

This year's Leyton Orient FC Trust club qualifiers took place on Friday, 29th December 2019 at Douglas Eyre Centre. The winning school will represent Leyton Orient FC in this years EFL Kids Cup. We played 7 games altogether; winning 6 and drawing 1. We won the final on penalty shootout and now will present Leyton Orient FC in the next round at Swindon Football Club. The winning team will play the final at Wembley Stadium.
This years Langdon SSP KS2 mixed football tournament took place on Wednesday 2nd October 2019 at Langdon Academy. We played 7 games altogether; won 6 and drew 1. In the finals, we won on sudden death penalty shootouts against Brampton to be crowned champions . We are very proud of the team for this fantastic achievement.
This year's Redbridge School Games Tag Rugby competition took place on Wednesday 6th November 2019 at Wanstead Rugby Club. We entered two teams for Cup and Plate competition. The plate team played 7 games and won all 7 and the cup team played 7 games, won 6 and drew 1. Both teams were crowned champions. We will now represent Team Redbridge at London Youth Games spring finals in 2020. We are very proud of the team for this fantastic achievement.
Well done to the athletic team for winning the gold medal in the afternoon session for Redbridge School Games athletic competition out of 16 schools. Unfortunately, we came overall third place out of 32 schools in the Borough. We are very proud of the team for this achievement. Good luck next year!
